When will my sweets arrive?

Your sweets will arrive 3-5 working days after you have placed your order with us. If your item is out of stock when you place your order, you will recieve an email informing you of this. As soon as the item is available it will then be dispatched.

How will my sweets be packed?

Sweets will be packed either in a plastic bag or in a plastic container depending on the quantity order. These will then be packed into a jiffy bag, or a cardboard box.

How do I make a purchase?

Purchasing from us is easy. Browse through our categories of sweets to find what you are looking for, or use the search tool. When you are happy with your choice, fill in your delivery information and click "add to cart". Your will be directed to the cart and from there you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

What if an item is out of stock?

On the rare occasion that there is an item out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible and give you the option of delivering your order without the item or holding your order until the item is back in stock.

What if I am looking for a certain sweet and cannot find it on your website?

If you can not find the sweets that you are looking for, please contact us and we will try our best to find you the sweets that you are looking for.
