Delivery?
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of purchase so that your sweets should be with you within 3-5 working days of placing your order. We normally dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Please be aware orders received late afternoon will be dispatched the following morning. And if your making an order during the weekend, it want be dispatched until Monday.
However, if you need your sweets for a specific date, please let us know when you place your order and we will do our utmost to ensure that they are received on time.
Delivery costs are costed per delivery address NOT per customer order.
Delivery charges will not be refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
FedEx UK delivery
All deliveries require a signature, where the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery FedEx UK will try and deliver again the next day. Should there be no-one to collect the parcel on the second attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the depot and re-delivery will incur another delivery charge to be paid before the goods are sent back at out.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Royal Mail require a signature to confirm receipt of packages. If no-one is in when an attempted delivery is made, a note will be left advising the recipient to collect the parcel from their local Royal Mail Depot or Post Office. Should the parcel not be collected and signed for within 10 days of the note being left, any packages will be returned to SweetShop4U. Re-delivery will incur another postage and packaging charge to be paid before the goods are delivered. Should you no longer require the goods at this stage we will be happy to refund the cost of the items excluding the original postage and packaging cost and excluding any postage and packaging cost you may have to pay to return the items back to SweetShop4U.

We are happy to ship our goods Worldwide. If you live outside the UK, please contact us for postage costs.
Out Of Stock Items?
On the rare occasion that there is an item out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible and give you the option of delivering your order without the item or holding your order until the item is back in stock.
Please note: We aim to provide you with high quality service. We do not accept responsibility for damage in transit or climatic conditions.
Returns Policy Faulty or Damaged goods
If a gift is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please notify us and return the items to us within 7 days. Once the damaged or faulty goods are received we will either replace on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full (including the original postage and packaging charge you paid).
Refunds
Sweetshop4u.co.uk operates a refund policy at the discretion of the management team.
Force Majeure
Sweetshop4U.co.uk promises to exercise every reasonable effort to meet a requested dispatch date. However, Sweetshop4u shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its realistic control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots. |
